At Musclery, your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our home fitness gear and want to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Instructions

If your item is eligible for a refund after the 14-day window, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to return it. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Contact your bank — processing times can vary

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, you’ll need to request a refund (after 14 days) and place a new order once the return is approved.

Non-Refundable Items:

Any item returned before 14 days of delivery

Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

Items returned without original packaging (if applicable)

Digital content or downloadable materials (if any are offered in the future)

To Qualify for a Refund:

Your item must be in good, working condition

All parts and components must be included

The product must not be damaged due to misuse

You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Refund Eligibility: After 14 Days

We accept refund requests only after 14 days (2 weeks) from the date your order is delivered.

This gives you time to test out your gear, get familiar with how it works, and see if it truly fits into your home fitness routine.

If 14 days have not passed since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
